These Terms of Sale govern the business relationship between LaCannette and any professional wishing to purchase a can sealing machine and/or consumables. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. LaCannette reserves the right to change its prices; the prices applicable are those in effect on the day of the order.
Payment is made in a single installment, 100% upfront at the time of order, to launch production. Payment by bank transfer. Any delay incurs penalties at the statutory rate.
Two delivery options are offered. Standard delivery (sea freight): 50 to 60 days after confirmation and deposit — included in all packs. Express delivery (air freight): 15 to 20 days, available on request at a specific rate. Delivery included for mainland France and Corsica.
Machine guaranteed for 1 year, parts included, from the date of delivery. In case of a failure, the Customer contacts LaCannette via WhatsApp with a description and photos. LaCannette covers the cost of shipping replacement parts.
In case of damage upon receipt, the Customer must open all boxes and check the condition of all items received, even those that appear intact. The Customer must then raise objections and inform LaCannette within 7 days, providing: clear photos of each damaged box with the tracking/shipping label visible, as well as an overall photo and a video showing all damaged items (cans or machine) gathered in one place. After this period, or in the absence of the requested materials, no claim will be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Any confirmed and paid order is final and binding.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
