How long does it take to receive my order?+
Two delivery options are available. Standard delivery is by sea freight (50–60 days) — this logistics choice is what allows us to offer competitive prices. An express option by air freight (15–20 days) is also available on request, at a different rate.
Does the machine work with all drinks?+
Yes. Matcha latte, iced coffee, ube latte, smoothies, fruit juices, iced tea, tiramisu, fruit salad. If it fits in the can, we can seal it.
Who handles the machine's maintenance?+
Light, regular maintenance is still required — the manual provided with the machine details the steps to follow. In case of a failure under warranty (1 year), we cover the shipping of replacement parts for free. WhatsApp support is available at any time.
Can I order more cans after my pack?+
Yes, this is planned from the start. We offer a custom can restocking service. Contact us via WhatsApp or the form.
Does the machine meet European standards?+
Yes. CE certified, compliant with European low-voltage and EMC directives. Valid until September 2029.
How does payment work?+
100% upfront to start production. Payment by bank transfer.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?+
If you notice damage to the box upon receipt, open all the boxes and check the condition of all cans or the machine inside, even those that appear intact. If damage is found: take clear photos of every damaged box with the tracking/shipping label clearly visible, then gather all damaged cans in one place (for example on a table) to take an overall photo and a video clearly showing each affected can. Send us everything within 7 days of receipt so we can process your warranty or replacement request.
How should I store my cans?+
Keep your cans in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. They can withstand a maximum temperature of 60°C — beyond that, or with prolonged contact with a heat source, they may become deformed.
Can I put a hot drink in the can?+
No, LaCannette cans are designed for cold or room-temperature drinks. Even though PET can withstand up to 60°C, we recommend, as a precaution, not exceeding 40°C, to avoid any risk of the container deforming or degrading.
Is LaCannette suitable for bubble tea shops?+
Yes, completely. Our transparent 330ml and 500ml cans are perfectly suited to bubble tea, iced teas and drinks with pearls/toppings — the transparent format highlights the layers and texture, a real visual asset for your customers on social media. The lids with tab and soft coating also allow you to insert a large straw directly.
Is it a good alternative to disposable cups?+
Yes. Unlike a basic plastic cup, the sealed can is hermetically closed, doesn't spill, is easy to carry and offers a premium look that enhances your establishment (café, hotel, food truck or restaurant). It's also a great marketing asset: your customers keep it, share it in photos, and it represents your brand well after the service.
How much does a can sealing machine cost?+
The machine alone costs €890. The Discovery Pack (machine + 1000 custom cans) starts at €1490, delivery included. It's the most complete offer to get started right away, without having to find a separate can supplier.
Do you offer cans for an event or a wedding?+
Yes, this is a common use case. Custom cans make an excellent signature drink packaging for weddings, product launches or corporate events — an object that's both functional and memorable for your guests.
